Life is music. It could be the inscription on Elias’ tombstone in a future far far away.

At present, he spends his days in the radio studio, or the recording studio.
His professional career as a radio show host started at age of 19 in 2005 with number 1 hit station Radio Donna. His voice can be heard in many commercials for VRT-shows, as he is a frequently asked voice-over.

At very young age he discovered his interest in (and talent for) music. It runs in the family, his dad is a musician/composer, who worked with Antwerp based musician Wannes Van De Velde and directed classical pieces. Elias takes courses piano, guitar and accordeon. At age of 14, he built a home studio and wrote his first song, 'Chocolade ijsje' (airplay at Radio 1), followed by a dozen of songs and creations, mostly in Dutch.

As a collector, he knows a lot about music. Elias writes everything on the hearing and has an excellent feeling for harmonies. His field of interests covers many musical styles.

Nowadays, Elias is co-writing with Donna-homie Frederik Cornelis.
