Vincent Pierins (born in Bruges, Belgium 19/10/1967)

Vincent Pierins started with music-studies at the age of 7 learning general music theory and piano. He began playing the bass at the age of 15. After playing in numerous bands with friends he became a professional musician in 1993 when he joined the singer/songwriter Raymond van het Groenewoud. He was his sideman for 7 years and about 650 concerts and 5 albums. In 2000 he joined Clouseau, a very famous band in Belgium, and is still playing with them. With Clouseau he already played 350 concerts and recorded 4 albums.
Every December he has great fun playing with Clouseau, doing about 14 to 18 concerts in the Sports Palace in Antwerp for about 18.000 people every night.
The last 10 years Vincent Pierins is a top-studio-bass-player recording for lots of national and international artists, e.g. Françoise Hardy, Clouseau, K’s Choice, Novastar, Iggy Pop, Natalia, Udo,Will Tura, Stefanos Korkolis and many others….
He also does TV-session work for both the national and commercial television companies in Belgium, doing about 60-70 TV-shows a year of which 20 as Musical director (Lyrics Board, Idols, Just The Two Of Us, Dancing With The Stars, X-Factor etc…)
In 2006 he was a coach in the X-factor TV-Show. He was part of the team that delivered the winner of the program: Udo.

The Romeo’s, Elisa Waut, Raymond Van Het Groenewoud, etc…

He’s currently working with many national and international writers/composers such as: Patrick Hamilton, Barry Mason, Vincent Degiorgio, Ian Mack, Erik Nyholm, Axel Bellinder, Michael Garvin etc…
